- practice Randori with evasive movements, very slow and without power(!), and then try to put in a real Shorinjikempo technique once in a while. Then build on that.
- choose a stance You like (e. g. Hasso Gamae) then work out defences for all possible attacks (straight attack to Jodan, Chudan, Gedan, attacks from the side...). That way You can have a strategy for Your Randori!
